Bookings, Cancellations and Changes

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.  Where possible, we are happy to help guests change their booking to alternative available dates. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of arrival. Any changes may be subject to price differences for the new dates selected. If the new dates are lower in price, no refund will be given for the difference.

Failure to arrive, late arrival, or early departure will not entitle guests to a refund.
